  • We're a bilingual wellness company based in Mexico. We design and produce retreats, curated experiences, corporate wellness offsites, and private events, and we also support teachers, coaches, and facilitators who want to host their own retreat but need someone to handle the production side. Everything we do is intentional, bilingual, and built around one thing: creating the conditions for real transformation.

  • If you've scrolled this far, you probably already know. BUMI attracts people in the middle of something, a transition, a loss, a season of burnout, or just a quiet feeling that it's time for something different. We don't design experiences for everyone, and we're upfront about that. The best way to find out is a 15-minute call, no pressure, no pitch.

  • Both. BUMI is fully bilingual, and our experiences are designed so that neither Spanish nor English speakers ever feel like a second thought. The work doesn't get lost in translation here.

  • We keep our groups small on purpose. The number varies by experience, but we cap every retreat to protect the intimacy of the space. When we say spots are limited, we mean it.

  • Schedule a 15-minute discovery call and we'll figure it out together. We'd rather point you in the right direction than have you book something that isn't the fit.

  • It's the full production layer behind a retreat, under your name. Venue sourcing, itinerary structure, payment plans, participant communication, vendor contracts, and on-the-ground coordination in Mexico. You show up as the host. We make sure everything runs. This service was built for yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, facilitators, and anyone with a community they want to gather and a vision they don't want to spend six months executing alone.

  • Yes, and honestly this is one of the most common ways we work. You keep full creative and facilitation control. We step in wherever the logistics have been draining you: venue contracts, payment processing, vendor coordination, day-of execution. We can scope it to exactly what you need.

  • Yes. If you want something designed around a specific moment — a milestone birthday, a bachelorette, a family gathering, a friends trip with intention built in — we can create that. These are fully custom, so the starting point is always a conversation about what you have in mind.

  • Every project is quoted based on scope, group size, duration, and destination. There's no standard package because no two retreats are the same. Write to us with a general idea of what you're planning and we'll give you a clear picture from there.

  • Yes. If you need a wellness program that carries your company's identity, we design and produce it under your brand. This works well for HR initiatives, leadership offsites, and culture programs where the experience needs to feel like yours, not ours.

  • Casa BUMI is our physical space, open to our community. You can come to stay and disconnect, or book a private retreat experience with Pablo that goes deeper into the work. It's not a hotel. It's a space designed so that the environment itself is part of what you come for.
